What this app stores on your device
We use a small amount of browser storage to make the app work. We do not use cookies or storage for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
Strictly necessary (the app cannot work without these):
sb-…-auth-token— keeps drivers and taxi-company staff signed in. (Riders are anonymous and are not given a login cookie.)vz_impersonate— a secure, short-lived (60-minute) cookie used only by platform administrators for support "view-as" access.
Functional (improves your experience):
voziko-locale— remembers the language you chose (lasts 1 year).
No analytics, marketing, or tracking storage is set. The app stores a few strictly-functional values in your browser's localStorage: your sound-alert preference, a dismissed-install-prompt flag, and — while you have an active ride — that ride's reference, so you can reopen it after refreshing or reopening the tab. No sessionStorage and no tracking storage is used.
Note: Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Its responses currently set no cookies — we checked the live response headers and found none. Cloudflare may set a strictly-technical security cookie (such as
__cf_bmorcf_clearance) if it ever has to challenge or filter a request; that is a network-level protection measure, independent of the app, and is never used for analytics or advertising.
Why there's no consent banner
Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti), strictly-necessary storage does not require consent — only a notice, which is this page. Because the app uses only necessary storage plus a basic language preference and no tracking, we inform you here instead of interrupting you with a pop-up.
Controlling storage
You can clear or block this storage anytime in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly-necessary items will prevent login.
