1. Who is responsible for your data
You drive for MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE ("the company", "we"). For your data as a driver, MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE is the data controller.

The booking technology is operated by Voziko (a service of Polemarhi d.o.o., Vojvode Mišića 46, 35250 Paraćin, Serbia, PIB 112505565; [email protected]), acting as the company's data processor — it processes your data only to run the service, under a written agreement with the company.
2. What data we hold about you
- Identity and contact: your name, phone number, and email (your login).
- Vehicle and licence: vehicle make/model, plate, and licence details.
- Location: not collected. We do not collect or store your location. Your device's position is not sent to us, work is not assigned by location (rides go to the first driver who accepts), and you are not tracked on a map.
- Work activity: the rides/services you accept, complete, or decline, and related timestamps.
- Ride notifications (only if you switch them on): if you enable ride alerts, we store your browser's push subscription — a device-linked address for your browser plus the two keys needed to encrypt messages to it — together with when it was created, when your browser last re-registered it, and a count of failed deliveries so dead devices can be cleaned up. The alert content is encrypted in transit and may include a ride's pickup address. Turning notifications off in your browser or device settings ends this, and the subscription is deleted when your driver account is removed.
- Technical data: IP address and device/browser info, held in logs to run and secure the service.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
4. Who we share it with
- The company's dispatch and admin staff — to assign and manage rides.
- Sub-processors that run the platform — listed, with purpose, data, region and direct-contact detail, on the Sub-processor List page. Your data is stored via Supabase (EU, Frankfurt); no location is collected, and it is not sold or shared for advertising.
- Business transfers — if MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the party taking over the business, which must continue to protect it as described here.
- Public authorities only where legally required.
Voziko's role: Voziko processes your data only on the company's behalf. It does not profile drivers across companies, does not use your data for its own marketing, and does not sell it or use it to train AI models. Any platform analytics use only aggregated/anonymised figures.
5. How long we keep it
- Account, vehicle and licence data: kept while you drive for the company and for up to 12 months afterwards.
- Accounting/tax records: kept for up to 10 years for accounting, tax and e-invoice (e-archiving) records, as required by Serbian law.
6. Your rights
Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti) you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to, or receive a copy of your data. Contact the company at [email protected]; you can also reach Voziko support at [email protected], which forwards your request to the company.

7. Changes
