Terms of Use

1. What this service is
This app lets you book a taxi ride or request a service from MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE, a licensed taxi company in Serbia. The booking technology is provided by Voziko (a service of Polemarhi d.o.o., established in Serbia). The transport itself is performed by MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE and its drivers — Voziko provides the software, not the transport.
2. Prices and fares
Any tariffs or service prices shown in the app (the "Cenovnik") are informational only — they are the company's publicly declared prices. The final fare for a metered ride is calculated by the certified taximeter in the vehicle, which is the authoritative amount. Fixed-price and "from" service prices (e.g. airport transfers, towing) are indicative and may vary with the actual service performed. Confirm the price with the driver.
3. Using the app
When you use the app you agree to:
- provide accurate booking information (name, phone, location);
- use the service lawfully and only to book genuine rides/services;
- not misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
We may refuse or cancel a booking, or restrict access, if these terms are broken.
4. Bookings and cancellations
A booking is a request to MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE and is confirmed when a driver accepts it. MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE's cancellation and no-show rules apply.
5. Responsibility
The transport service, the conduct of drivers, and the safety of the ride are the responsibility of MUHEDIN TUMBUL PR TAKSI ZAVINOGRAĐE, the licensed carrier. Voziko provides the booking platform "as is" and is not the carrier. To the extent permitted by law, neither the company nor Voziko is liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Serbian law.
6. Your data
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
